The National Curriculum is used as a basis for most academic courses, although more advanced work is also covered. In Year 6, pupils begin a three year course for the Common Entrance Examination.
There are a number of extra curricula activities on offer and most children take advantage of these, either at lunch times or after formal lessons in the afternoon. Games and sports such as rugby, soccer, cricket, netball, tennis, cross-country cover a large area of extra curricula activities.
Other activities, such as ICT, Spanish, Chess, Gardening etc are also well supported.
