We make visits to galleries and museums. Year 6 visited Birmingham City Art Gallery & Museum, looking at specialist exhibitions and the Pre-Raphaelite collection. Further visits are planned for Year 8 to The Ashmolean Art Gallery & Museum and the Museum of Modern Art in Oxford. Year 4 will be visiting the Northampton Museum & Art Gallery and number 78 Derngate, home of Charles Rennie McIntosh.

In Art Club, children enjoy working on their own projects. Pupils with the ability, undertake various scholarships with extra one to one tuition.

Teachers undergo regular courses and re-training. Mrs Moreton will be attending a course on animation which will subsequently be taught to Year 7 pupils.
