School Fields

The school can proudly boast some of the most beautiful games fields around, with spectacular views looking across Northamptonshire's rolling countryside. The large expanse of meticulously kept fields are used in a wide variety of ways.

The Upper Fields

The Upper Fields have a rugby pitch, football pitches with cricket square with rounders pitches in the summer. The newly refurbished cricket pavilion looks across both cricket and rugby pitches.

The recently completed Terraces are used for rugby, cross-country, rounders and soccer and are a real feature of Spratton Hall's facilities.

The Lower Fields is a large space which at times accommodates junior rugby and soccer pitches but looks at its most majestic in the summer when a full-sized 400m athletics track runs around its perimeter, while the 1st XI cricket sits at its heart. There are also long jump, triple jump and high jump areas with tartan hard track approaches. The pavilions, scoreboards and side-screens make this a magnificent venue for cricket and athletics meetings. The Lower Fields, Terraces and Six Acres

Six Acres fields accommodates four junior rugby pitches and two cricket squares in the summer.

The whole of our school fields perimeter is also used as a long and challenging cross-country course, with the feared 'Death Hill' a fitting final stretch when we host our renowned Spratton Hall Cross-Country meetings.
