A great game was played by the 4th XI in their only game of the season. After an even first 10 minutes, we broke forward and poked home an early lead. Winchester showed great resilience and after some pressure they managed to score an equaliser. The House goalkeeper was having a great game and saved several good chances for Spratton, but eventually pressure told and we snatched a second. The 2nd half saw Spratton a bit more dominant, mainly in the midfield where fitness told a bit, and we scored a 3rd to tie up the game. It was great to see so many people really using the skills we have practised so much in a game situation. Great effort boys!
