Informal Concert for Music for Youth Participants (2.3.10)

What a great evening of entertainment. The Informal Concert on Tuesday 2^nd of March was a good practise for all of our groups performing in the Regional Festival of Music for Youth.  The Boys’ Choir, Junior Song, Concert Band and Choir all performed to a high standard and we enjoyed listening to music from a range of styles and genres.  It was evident that the Boys’ Choir and Junior Song had not only worked hard on their singing, but also on making their actions look very professional.  It was lovely seeing the members of the Concert Band having so much fun with the percussion cadenza led by George Khan and Toby Clifton.  The Choir sang beautifully and their performance of ‘Tiger Tiger’ was very impressive.  Well done to everybody who performed.
